Alexander Cruz & Keiko Kotoku (Marimba) from Mexico
Keiko Kotoku, a world-renowned marimba player, will perform at Absolute Blue.
Kotoku is a marimba player with an illustrious career that includes being the youngest runner-up in the Belgium International Music Competition and the winner in the duo category.
Collaborating with Alexander, one of the three great Mexican marimba players and a representative Mexican jazz vibes player, and Kakizaki’s project “Creative Jazz Trio (CJT)” (CJT+ with the addition of Yamaguchi), they will perform traditional Mexican music, Latin music, jazz, and more.
